Cay Bagi 145 the place is located in the heart of the old Baku with a vibrant view to the Defensive Tower and harbor. The food is mix of traditional and European. Didn’t try European one, but local one is delicious. The staff is very responsive and client oriented. Visited this place two times for lunch and dinner, both were above expectations. Definitely must visit place if you are near by.
